The Company provides the following services.

Consumer (C-side) services: search, favorites, inquiries, and AI recommendations for Japanese real estate information (mobile app / web).

Business (B-side) SaaS: property management console for real estate brokerages, AI property information extraction, and Google Drive integration.

[Consumer users] Basic search, favorites, and inquiry features are entirely free. If paid features (e.g., “Pro AI”) are offered in the future, prices will be shown in advance within the app or website.

[Business brokerages] For details on pricing and contract terms, please contact us.

Data communication charges: Data communication charges incurred in using the Service are borne by the user.

Transfer fees: Bank transfer fees incurred for B-side contract payments are borne by the remitter.

Consumer basic services: None (free).

Consumer future paid features (planned): In-app purchase via the App Store / Google Play (payment timing follows each store’s rules).

B-side SaaS contract: Bank transfer within Japan (payment timing as set out in the contract, e.g., by the end of the following month).

Consumer: Available immediately after account registration is completed.

Business: Available immediately after the contract is concluded and the invitation email is received.

[Consumer users] You may cancel at any time via “Account Settings” → “Delete Account” within the app. As the service is free, no fees are charged and no refunds are provided.

[Business brokerages] Cancellation and refund terms are set out in a separate agreement concluded between the Company and each brokerage. Please contact us for details.

[Force majeure / service suspension] If the Company can no longer continue to provide the service due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, any unused portion will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

As this is a digital service, the concepts of returns and cancellations do not apply. Services cannot be cancelled or returned once provision has begun.

Mobile app: iOS 14.0 or later / Android 7.0 (API 24) or later.

Web: The latest two major versions of Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

Some features may be unavailable on older browsers or operating systems.

The Company itself is not a holder of a Japanese real estate brokerage license.

As a platform operator, the Company connects users with licensed brokerages. Actual purchase, sale, and lease transactions of real estate are led by qualified brokerages.
